This year, Scholastic launched its own Picture Book Writing and Reading Contest to celebrate World Read Aloud Day. Our students submitted an original story entitled, “Knight Light”, which narrates a young girl’s journey to conquer her fear of the dark and they earned a place in the TOP 3!
