Last July 8, the IBED faculty came together for a meaningful Team Building Workshop facilitated by LEGO Serious Play. Through hands-on activities, storytelling, and collaborative problem-solving, faculty members reflected on their current realities, recognized one another’s unique strengths, and co-created a shared vision for the future of the Integrated Basic Education Department (IBED).
At the heart of this shared vision is a steadfast commitment to every student. By fostering collaboration, communicating consistently, and building on one another’s strengths, the IBED faculty creates a more cohesive and supportive learning environment.
