Ballet Exercises

Ballet is a full-body workout that is good for improving core strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance. It also helps to clear the mind and provide a sense of calm. This ballet exercise is brought to you by Andie Bustamante and her teacher, Chippy Dioko. Andie, a high school student, is in the ballet advanced level at Dance Theater Manille. Trained in classical ballet for the past 8 years here in the country and abroad, she has been performing soloist roles in Dance Theater Manille's productions. On the other hand, Teacher Chippy is the Director of Dance Theater Manille. She is a certified and accredited teacher of the Australian Conservatoire of Balletand has trained here and abroad. Chippy has worked with international ballet dance directors and teachers. She has developed classical ballet programs and has choreographed and staged numerous dance performances. She is also currently the Junior High School Principal of PAREF Woodrose School.
