In support of Pope Francis’ call to celebrate the 33rd Sunday of every year as the World Day of the Poor, the Woodrose Student Council and around 30 student volunteers participated in FAMCOHSEF’s annual outreach program in Tondo, Manila held on November 19, 2023. They spent the whole morning teaching catechism, playing games and distributing goods to around 700 families in San Pablo Apostol Parish with other volunteers from FAMCOHSEF, Southridge and Tahilan Residence and Study Center. The months of planning, preparation and solicitation of donations truly paid off. Check out the short video of that memorable day!
