SINCERE CONCERN FOR OTHERS by Tonet Itchon

Showing concern for others is a timely reminder for all of us in this time of crisis.  Be inspired to make a difference in other people’s lives and consequently experience profound happiness.

About the speaker: Tonet has been married for 35 years to Susan and they have been PAREF parents for 25 years. They have five children and their youngest is expected to graduate from Woodrose in 2023. Tonet has 34 years of parenting experience and 34 years in the banking industry.

 


GROWING FROM THE INSIDE by Manny Sator

Growth starts from within.  The present coronavirus pandemic has dramatically affected our lives – physically, intellectually, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.    Situations like this are opportunities to stimulate personal growth.   Listen to how we can take advantage of the present pandemic to reflect on the way we respond to events such as this.  Learn some tips on how to further  nourish our interior growth and  move towards Christian maturity.

About the speaker: Manny Sator is married to Lisa, a Woodrose alumna and faculty member. They have five children – a daughter in Woodrose and four boys in Southridge. Manny has been teaching and working with the youth since 1993, after graduating with a specialization in Political Economy from the Center for Research and Communication of Arts and Sciences (CRC-CAS), now University of Asia and the Pacific. He is the current Executive Director of PAREF Northfield.

About the speaker: Paul is married to Sharon and they recently celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary. They have nine children and they have been PAREF parents for 21 years. Paul is a businessman with interests in in-store advertising and construction. He is also an Educhild graduate and moderator.
