In accordance with the Catholic Bishops’ Conference of the Philippines’ Circular 25-14, we join the faithful this October and November in wearing white every Sunday and in displaying white ribbons in homes, churches, and public spaces as a sign of our desire for transparency, accountability, and good governance. We also continue to humbly pray that our nation be washed clean, renewed in God’s mercy, and spared from further calamities.
