Our Blessed Mother has a very special place in our hearts. Going on annual Marian pilgrimages in the months of May and October has been a tradition in Woodrose since the school was established in 1977. When the campus was located in its original site in New Manila, Quezon City, students and teachers would walk to the nearby Shrine of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel to say the rosary. And when the school moved to its present location in Alabang, a small shrine was built in honor of Our Lady where we could visit her everyday. On her special feast days, we bring her flowers, pray the rosary, and sing to her.
