Hats off to Grade 8 student, ROCIO FERMIN, for being featured as the youngest writer in the editorial page of the Manila Bulletin for their November 20 issue. At just 13 years old, Rocio’s article on climate change was chosen from over 300 submissions nationwide. The open call was organized by UNICEF in partnership with the Manila Bulletin, with kids submitting writing and art on various topics.
