Reopening of GS Courtyard

On July 31, 2023 the newly renovated Grade School Courtyard was inaugurated in time for this week’s opening of classes. The event was attended by GS Parent Coordinators, their daughters, Woodrose Alumnae Association Board members, GS faculty and staff, and Management Committee. Since providing an ideal learning environment is vital to fulfilling our goal of giving every Woodrose student, faculty, and staff a happy and fulfilling experience, we hope this newly renovated space will contribute to making Woodrose a happier and more positive place to grow.

Our Executive Director, Dr. Gina Rama, extended her “heartfelt thanks to the generous hearts, creative minds, and skilled hands that made this beautiful transformation into a reality.” She went on to say that “Woodrose is blessed and grateful to have a supportive Woodrose Alumnae Association led by Mia Madara-Sarino (Batch 1999). We also acknowledge the contributions of Arch. Andie Villarosa (Batch 2015) who designed the renovated courtyard, and Milette Dizon-Lorenzo (Batch 1986), current Woodrose School Board Chairperson, who spearheaded the project.”

Mia added that this event is a symbol of “a relationship strengthened over time…how teachers, parents, and loyal alumnae support each other to bring the best experience to the students.”
