Positive Psychology is the scientific study of human flourishing, but what relevance does it have in a pandemic? The answer will surprise you. With a fast-growing and ever-expanding research base, positive psychology has a lot to say about resilience, hope and post-traumatic growth. It has even more to say about our unique character strengths, which are like superpowers that enable us to weather life’s storms in our journey to realizing our highest potentials. More than just “positive thinking,” this new science of human flourishing helps us to navigate our new normal by building on what is good and what is life-giving. Join us in this free webinar titled “Positive Psychology: Strengths-Based Guide to Life” and find out how your own strengths can help you not just survive, but thrive in life.
