Woodrose alumna, Abi Villaraza-Strangemann (Batch ’96), visited the campus on January 27, 2023 and was given a surprise get-together with the Land Union scholars.
Back in 2011, she established the Land Union Scholarship program which has awarded 130 scholarships to date. To show their deep gratitude and appreciation, the scholars prepared various presentations like song numbers, poetry readings, short videos and school portfolios.
As the event concluded, Abi thanked everyone for the warm welcome and was moved to see the accomplishments of the students that Land Union has been supporting throughout the years.
