One of our newly elected Trustee to the School Board, Irma Aure, has been featured in Asia Select. Read her interview, entitled During Tougher Times as a Career Mom, to get some insights on how to juggle work-from-home and family time.
Irma Aure has been a PAREF parent since 2006, she’s the mom of Joaquin (Grade 11 student at Southridge) and Anya (Grade 8 student at Woodrose). She’s married to Jay and they have been joyfully helping out with Educhild as Course Chairs for the Parenting Teens Course. Irma has been an HR practitioner for 21 years. She is currently the Country HR Head for Cemex Philippines. Prior to Cemex, Irma worked 19 years at Procter and Gamble (P&G) in various leadership roles across the region such as Country HR head for P&G Philippines and Regional HR Services Head for Asia. Her advocacy is family life, marriage & parenting.
