We would like to invite all Woodrose Dads to an online talk by Dr. Eduardo Banzon entitled TO VACCINATE OR NOT TO VACCINATE: A Talk on COVID-19 Vaccines. It will be held on February 17, 2021 Wednesday at 5.30pm via Zoom.
Eduardo Banzon MD MSc is a Principal Health Specialist at the Sustainable Development and Climate Change Department of Asian Development Bank. Prior to joining the ADB, he was President and CEO of the Philippine Health Insurance Corporation, WHO regional adviser for health financing, World Bank senior health specialist, and a faculty member of the University of the Philippines’ College of Medicine and the Ateneo University Graduate School of Business.
Dr. Banzon will be sharing his knowledge and opinions on the following topics:
1. Different Vaccines to be made available in the Philippines and the differences among them
2. Supply and logistics challenges
3. Efficacy, safety, risks, and side effects
4. Suitability for children
5. Health protocols after being vaccinated
The objective of the talk is to provide a forum to get relevant information and clarifications, and to discuss concerns about vaccination vs COVID-19. This will put Woodrose Dads in a better position to make an informed decision as head of the family.
