Admission Requirements and Procedure
STEP 1
Fill-out the New Family Application Information Form online.
After submitting the online form, parents will receive an email with their login credentials to their Family Portal.
STEP 2
Submit scanned copies of all required documents through the Family Portal
- Duly accomplished Student Application for Admission
- Recent 1×1 ID photo
- PSA issued Birth Certificate
- Baptismal Certificate
- Report cards from (1) the previous school year and (2) the current school year with LRN
- Recommendation Forms duly accomplished by (1) the class adviser or subject teacher; and (2) Guidance Counselor or Principal
- Parents’ Marriage Contract
- Recent family photo
Additional requirements for dual citizens only
- Identification Certificate as Filipino issued by the Bureau of Immigration
Additional requirements for foreign students and those transferring from schools abroad
- Apostilled Transcript of Records and Grading System in English
- Valid passport (bio page and visa)
- Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR) or Immigration Certificate of Registration (ICR) issued by the Bureau of Immigration
- Family Registry with Notarial Certificate in English
- Special Study Permit, if applicable
STEP 3
For Grade 11 applicants only: Take the Career Test
STEP 4
Go through interviews
- Parents will be interviewed first
- Student applicant will be interviewed after the parents
- Parents will be notified of the schedule of interviews by the Office of the Registrar
STEP 5
Wait for the release of Letter of Notice
