To conclude our 40th anniversary celebration, PAREF Woodrose School staged Seussical Jr. on March 3 & 4, 2018 at the Globe Auditorium, Maybank Performing Arts Theatre, BGC.
The event was a collaboration of various talents and skills of the Woodrose family. For many weeks, the cast and production team put in long hours in making the Dr. Seuss characters come to life in vibrant songs, colorful costumes, and a splendid overall performance. It was a wonderful reflection of the students’ hard work and passion for the performing arts!
In like manner, Woodrose School has reached her Ruby Anniversary through a special synergy of talents and skills, producing students of good character and academic standing who make significant contributions to society.
With three sold out shows and positive reviews from the audience, the play was declared as a success. Seussical Jr. captures the essence of friendship, loyalty, family, and community not only in its story, but also in the way it brought the entire school together to make this event possible. The production was truly a collaboration between the school and the parents, and a great way to culminate and mark the 40th Anniversary of Woodrose.
