We are happy to announce that our new Executive Director, Dr. Maria Gina R. Rama, has officially joined us beginning June 1, 2018.
As a former Woodrose teacher and mentor, Dr. Rama is not new to our community. She taught Philosophy, Religion, History, Latin, and Spanish, while working closely with the Associate Director for Personal Formation from 1984 to 1987. Prior to returning to Woodrose, she served as the Executive Director of our sister school, PAREF Rosehill, for the past 16 years.
Dr. Rama completed her doctorate in Education, major in Philosophy from the Istituto Internazionale di Science dell’ Educazione (International Institute of Science in Education) in Rome, Italy. After her doctorate in Rome, she pursued further courses for principals in elementary and high school levels in Spain. She comes to us with a wealth of experience in educational leadership and we are very fortunate to have her at the helm.
