As part of our Staff Development program, we had the privilege of hosting a talk entitled, “Educating in the Age of AI” by guest speaker Ms. Tricia Anne M. Castro. With 24 years of teaching experience and certified by ISTE (International Society for Technology in Education), Ms. Castro discussed the impact of artificial intelligence, highlighting its potential benefits alongside the associated risks as it reshapes our current educational frameworks. Moreover, she shared several apps designed to help teachers explore the potential of AI, aiming to improve productivity and enrich the student learning experience.
