World Youth Day 2023 concluded yesterday in Lisbon, Portugal with about 1.5 million pilgrims estimated to have joined Pope Francis. While WYD is a celebration of youth, it is also a pilgrimage and an expression of faith for the participants and volunteers. Some of our high school students and alumnae were part of this international gathering of young Catholics and they gladly shared a few photos. As they return home, we pray for their safe travels and look forward to hearing their stories and memorable experiences.
