Congratulations to LUCCI STA. ANA who won SECOND PRIZE in the Philippines for the International Letter Writing Competition for Young Writers at the 51st Universal Postal Union. The theme for 2022 was “Writing a letter to an influential person on how to take action on climate change”. This was a good opportunity for the participants to develop their skills in composition and voice out their opinion regarding the climate crisis of today.
