Open School Event in September

The first Open School event of the school year took place on September 30, 2016. We welcomed parents and students from our sister schools, Rosemont and Ridgefield. Guest parents were given a preview of the school system which included a description of our curriculum by the Associate Director for Academic Affairs, testimonies from current parents, a question-and-answer portion, and a campus tour. Meanwhile, incoming Grade One girls had their own campus tour and class visit with our first graders. They played games, learned songs, and shared their recess together.

PARENTS FIRST. Woodrose follows through on her commitment to Home-School Collaboration by promoting an active community among parents and bridging the gap between home and school life through the mentoring program.
LITTLE BIG GIRLS. The incoming Grade 1 students take their own bags, fall in line, and prepare to meet their “big sisters” in the classrooms. Our nurturing grade school teachers instill a sense of independence on our little girls in small yet meaningful ways.
EXCITED FOR THE BIG SCHOOL. The girls peer excitedly through the windows of the art room during their tour around the campus. Woodrose is constantly upgrading her facilities to ensure quality instruction and engaging learning experiences.
NOT JUST A CLASS NUMBER. Our school is a small community, with an average class size of 30 girls. Each student is also assigned a mentor to guide her, not just in academics, but in her personal life as well.
HAPPY GIRLS. Getting ready to tour the big school. The all-girls environment in Woodrose is conducive to personal growth and fulfillment and to forging lasting friendships: our girls grow up to be women of their own and women for each other.
REGISTER FOR THE NEXT OPEN SCHOOL on November 19, 2016 from 11 AM to 1 PM. Please call the Registrar at (+632) 850 6380 or visit www.parefwoodrose.edu.ph.
